This course will be the perfect place to start making a difference
The course is provided by Aarhus University Centre for Water Technology in a unique collaboration with leading Danish technology providers and Danish water utilities.
A holistic overview of the water flow The course follows three main topics:
- Ground water resource management.
- Management of water distribution.
- Wastewater handling – including resource recovery.
You will also experience working in teams with other course participants and you will be involved in challenges associated with water management and get the opportunity to give input on how to solve these challenges.
Clean water and sanitation – SDG6 Clean, accessible water for all is an essential part of the world we want to live in.
There is sufficient fresh water on the planet to achieve this. But due to bad economics or poor infrastructure, every year millions of people, most of them children, die from diseases associated with inadequate water supply, sanitation and hygiene. Be the change and help carry out the UN Sustainable Development Goals and especially SDG6 about clean water and sanitation.
